RooferReview.com either contacts the roofing companies or
they can contact us. The roofing company pays to be a member. Not the
homeowner! Once the roofing company becomes a member, they can now share
a little information about themselves to the homeowners viewing their page
as well as be reviewed by their customers.
How do I know the review is legit?
There is no 100% error-proof way to have a review website.
However, we have come up with a system to keep our reviews as legitimate
as possible. Once work has been completed by a roofing company, they will
give the homeowner a code that is generated by RooferReview.com
specifically for that homeowner. The homeowner will then click on
"Leave Review" and be asked to enter that specific
RooferReview.com code. Each code is one of a kind and can only be used
once. The homeowner enters the code and then rates the roofing company as
well as leaves them a review.
What will prevent companies from leaving reviews for
themselves or other roofing companies from leaving bad reviews for
competitors?
Besides the system stated above, RooferReview.com will perform random
checks with homeowners to verify that the review was in fact left by the
homeowner and not the roofing company. If a roofing company is caught
leaving fraudulent reviews, their membership will be cancelled and all
positive reviews will be removed from their page. |
