How do I leave a review?
In order for you to be able to leave a review, you must receive a review code from your roofing company.
Why do I need a review code?
We want to keep our reviews legitimate. In order to do so, we want to make sure that actual customers of the roofing companies are leaving the reviews and require them to have a review code. This prevents competitors, etc.. from leaving false reviews.
How do I know these reviews are from customers and not from the roofing company?
We randomly contact homeowners who have left reviews to verify that they did in fact have the work done and they were the ones who left the review. Any roofing companies caught leaving fraudulent reviews will have all positive reviews removed and will lose their RooferReview.com membership. There is no 100% error proof way to have a review system, however we try to get it as close to that as possible.
I'm considering hiring a certain roofing company to install my new roof, but they are not listed on your site.
In order for them to be listed on RooferReview.com, they need to contact us by phone or register on our site and become a member.
I had my roof put on 10 years ago and I am not happy with the roofing company. Can I leave them a review?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Reviews are only considered valid if the work was completed within 1 year of the time a company joins RooferReview.com. So, if your roof was put on 6 months ago, then you may leave a review. However, if it was installed 2 years ago, you may not.
Does it cost me anything to leave a review or to find roofing companies?
Absolutely not! It is completely free for the consumer.
